mettre en uvre toute action d'insertion ou de formation, formation initiale scolaire, formation par apprentissage ou formation professionnelle continue, à destination de tout public, et particulièrement des publics vulnérables ; créer et gérer une école de production apportant une qualification professionnelle ; contribuer au développement personnel, à l'élévation et à l'adaptation du niveau de formation et de qualification ainsi qu'à l'insertion sociale ou professionnelle ;
proposer toute activité en lien avec les actions de formation
