faire appel à la solidarité et la générosité des personnes physiques ou morales afin de subvenir matériellement et financièrement aux différents besoins liés à la maladie rare de jules, louise et léopold grandjean, frères et soeur, à savoir : achat de fauteuils roulants motorisés ; aménagement du domicile et des extérieurs ; achat et / ou aménagement du véhicule ; location de véhicule ; frais et soins médicaux divers non pris en charge par l'état ou les institutions ; achat / location de matériels adaptés pour leur scolarité et leur quotidien en général ; contribuer à apporter un peu de magie, de fantaisie, de plaisir et de bonheur dans leur douloureux quotidien ; etc ;
